Re: Elden Ring and easy anti cheat Post by dovahheim » Fri Feb 25, 2022 1:23 am The way I got it to work was by deleting (make a backup first) the file called install_script.vdf in the EAC folder and running the eldenring.exe while offline.
Use CE only if you 100% not interested in online play. you know that you can't attach Cheat Engine if EAC is active? someone in the steam forum ( [Link] ) confirmed that the game is using EAC even in offline mode ( yeas dick move if you ask me ) anyway, in order to cheat/mod this game you need to bypass EAC first, and then you won't be able to ...
