Spotify includes a cancel link in their monthly email which confirms your next podcast subscription payment. Please provide as much details as possible, because they need to verify that you're the rightful owner of the account. (Something like your credit card, if you've ever paid with it, or your date of birth etc).
Edit: After you canceled your subcribtion, you have until the end of your payed subscribtion to use the premium features of Spotify. One thing you can try is to 'download' al the tracks/albums/playlists and turn on offline mode, before(!) canceling your subscription. If I'm right, you have to go online after 29 days if you have done that.
