03-30-2023 10:53 AM in. A few days ago my SlingTV app on my UN50NU710D Smart TV started acting glitchy. It took a long time to load, or I would have to exit back to the menu or turn the tv off & on again. Yesterday it stopped working altogether. All my other apps are fine, it's just the Sling app.
Make sure you have your login details for all the apps you use on your TV. Go to Settings, then Support, followed by Device Care. If Device Care is greyed out, cold boot the TV then try again. In Device Care, select Self Diagnosis then select Reset Smart Hub. You’ll need to enter your PIN.

The Samsung TV Plus app is back online. Please do a cold reboot by unplugging the television for sixty seconds. This should resolve the issue. If you still face issues please perform a smart hub reset. Go to all settings then support in the menu. Select Device Care and then self-diagnostics.

If your model Samsung doesn't have a specific app you want you can cast any app from your mobile to your tv. Or you can purchase any streaming stick that supports the app and plug it into your hdmi port on the back of your tv.
First Poster. 30-05-2024 12:04 AM. In response to Piper123. It is no longer compatible for older Samsung TVs it would appear. Mine was working fine until I went into the Samsung App store, and it automatically deleted the C4 App saying it had expired. I have had a lot.if issues with Samsung, from I.
