I'm trying to search excluding stackoverflow.com from my search results. Searching on Bing how to do it, including Bing Chat, I'm told to use -site:stackoverflow.com. This doesn't work. In fact, it returns only stackoverflow.com as if I had used site:stackoverflow.com without the minus prefix.
I am having the same issue and it doesn't matter, if I use Edge with Bing as my search or Bing with the Google browser. Steps already taken to try to resolve the issue: Disabled AdBlocker. Disabled McAfee web protection. Cleared the cache. Cleared the history. Restarted the computer. And, of course none of those steps resolved the issue.
You can turn this off by following these steps: Open Bing Settings: Go to Bing.com. Click on the three horizontal lines (menu) in the top right corner. Select Settings. Disable Search Suggestions: In the settings menu, find the option that says “See search suggestions as you type”. Uncheck this option.
