    The only way I have been able to manage the overflow of google photos being downloaded onto my devices is to go into the photos app on my android, turn of sync (burger menu > settings > backup and sync ) and then manually delete the photos by selecting them all and choosing from the droplet menu "Delete from device" which actually removes them from my SD card.

    Dec 11, 2022. I'm sorry, but you can't use the Google Play Store on Amazon devices. Amazon actually puts blocks in their devices to keep them from working with the Play Store. Amazon only wants to allow you to use Amazon's own App Store. If you search around, there are tutorials that claim to be able to work around this, at least partially.
