Im looking for a front view camera to integrate with the Harmon Kardon/Nav headunit. Doing a search on the ol' interwebs, it seems that the WRX has the ability to integrate a front view camera (used in Japan). Also for Toyota owners, there is a company called anytimebackupcamera.com that makes kits like this.

588 posts · Joined 2017. #32 · Feb 16, 2023. I too wanted the front facing camera on my 2020 Crosstrek Sport (before I traded it). I was told it would likely cost about $5,000 to do seeing it required a new Head Unit, wiring and labour. That ended my want/need for the camera.
The front view camera on my Canadian Crosstrek Outdoor offers a severely distorted, uber-wide-angle view of what lies ahead. Personally, I'd rather be paying attention to the hand signals of well-experienced spotter than my "to-die-for" front view camera.

Take the tire off and pop out the center cap. Use a punch or screwdriver to tap out the edge of the axle nut that was tapped in during previous install. 2. Put the tire back on and hand tighten a few lug nuts by hand. 3. Lower the car just until the tire is touching. Do not lower all of the way. 4. Remove axle nut.
