My last 2 Walmart online orders.... 11-01-2017 05:45 PM. In the past month I have placed 2 online orders with Walmart and the latest one was last week. I live in a rural area about 26-28 miles from my local Walmart. This last order were a couple heavier items like a bigger bag of dog food. I knew the box would be big.
The main drawback for me, with their grocery items, is that their produce is not very good, but they do carry some foods I like. They are the only place where I can get Amy's Family Size Enchiladas and I love them. I still order paper towels, toilet paper and other items from them and they don't have an extra charge if I order at least $35.
They gave me an 800 number to call. I did this morning and had to place my order by phone. The agent told me to shut down my computer and reboot. That should take care of it. I did, it didn't. I don't want to call an 800 number every time I place an order with them. This is not a grocery order.
That's included in the subscription. If you are on Social Security, you can get the Walmart+ plan for $49.99. Paramount+ is free. I've always hated Walmart for social justice reasons. They have changed to some degree. But! My income is 1/2 of what it was before retiring.

Now that they deliver to my home (13 miles), it sounds even better. You also get 10 cents/ gallon discount on fuel.
12-15-2022 10:57 PM. In the name of saving the environment, Walmart has jumped aboard and pushing more costs onto the consumers, but still raising prices. Saving money on using customers to check themselves out. Now, they expect them to buy their own bags.
