This is actually how Microsoft Safety Scanner works. To keep it short the scanner scans the files and shows youna count of what it feels may be a potential malware from the file type. When the files are scanned it uploads them to Microsoft security server and confirms if the files it found were actually malware.
I suspect this is downloading from my OneDrive - and that should be fine. But, what is "DB install scanner?" And, how can I get more information on what exactly is getting downloaded and why?
