The NFL fantasy mobile app is more user friendly than the ESPN one. EDIT: So I made a massive mistake. It wasn't the ESPN app that I didn't like. It was the Yahoo app. Apologies to all ESPN users out there.
Imgur has always been my go to for fantasy team logo uploads on ESPN. I use photoshopped team logos I've created or saved from other places every season with no problem. If you do it from a computer, you just right click on the image, and choose "copy link address" on your Imgur post image. It gives the perfect link to use on their site.

ESPN - if you add a player that’s already owned by another team to your “interested in” list, it tells that owner that your specific team name is interested! If they’re on waivers it just says “2 teams interested” for example.

I still have some trouble: the logo works on the mobile app but on the browser (from pc and from Mobile) it doesn't load most of the time (I get the standard logo with the basketball): the first time I go to the team page it works but the other ones it doesn't.
