    iPhone keeps asking for Outlook email password I had an account set in outlook to my apple email address. Yesterday a pop up kept appearing to input my password. I entered my apple password and still kept popping up. In my frustration I deleted the apple email account from outlook and figured I would just add it again as a new account.

  5. The Apple Mail app could no longer connect and wanted the password to be reentered. Microsoft apps on the phone were fine. When attempting to re-enter the password via Settings->Mail->Accounts->(the account in question)->Re-Enter the password, the web dialog box from Microsoft would come up, then almost immediately that dialog would close.

  10. Here are the instructions: Go into Settings > Mail. Scroll down to Accounts > Outlook. Select Delete Account. Once the account is removed, you can add it back in using Settings > Mail > Accounts, and then select Outlook for the type of email account you want to add back in.
