theres only a couple of ways to heal atm: -looting for meds. -asking for meds. -buying meds from the outpost traders. -lvling up gives you 100% on all stats i think (i know health but not really sure i checked for hunger and thirst) -dying and you get restored 25% health which is something if you're already below it.
