Nope. Xfinity has not (yet) taken anything away. Currently it has multiple overlapping apps for Android and iOS. I have Xfinity My Account, Xfinity Mobile, and Xfinity installed on my Android phone. Xfinity is informing cutomers that it is merging thes features of these apps into the main Xfinity app, but it is not clear when.
Please have a look at How To Link, Unlink, and Switch Between Multiple Xfinity Accounts. For the linking of the accounts, this will most likely need to be done through the website, but once it is linked you should be able to switch between the account in the Xfinity app. Please let us know if you have any questions of issues.
7 Messages. @XfinityGabriel yes, i can access it via my web browser. the issue is with the Samasung Email app on my Galaxy phone. i am trying to add the account, and for some reason the app can not verify the account. it reads: "Couldn't Verify Account. Couldn't connect to your account. Check your account and server information, then try again".

Thanks @RichardWG, it seems like there is a database configuration mismatch in your case, I'm asking the database and the devOps teams to review and see if this was potentially causing the issue for others (there are a lot of differing teams that make up the sign-in + platform (E.g. my account) experience).
If you read my first post above, I am receiving the correct internet package according to my plan which is now, 800Mbps/20. Befor that, it was 600Mbps/10 and before that, 400Mbps/10. The issue is, the My Xfinity app SHOWS my plan is 400Mbps when it SHOULD be, 800Mbps/20. To reiterate, I get the speeds I'm supposed to and, the other Xfinity app ...
In the Xfinity app on my Android phone I have: "Account" icon / Account settings / Xfinity ID & Security / Comcast email / Go to inbox-or- "Account and identity" button / Xfinity ID & Security / Comcast email / Go to inbox. But "Go to inbox" is just a link that opens the "connect.xfinity.com" webmail site in a web browser.
My Account App not gone? I received a notice saying the My Account App was going away April 26th. It has not. Did Xfinity change their mind? The Xfinity App is not really ready to replace the My Account App. Way too many things are missing in the Xfinity app.
Xfinity app won't allow login. I have a new pixel 5A, and the Xfinity app will not allow me to log in. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the app I've also reset my password. The app recognizes me when I go to reset the password as it gives me the option of obtaining the reset code through text or email both of which I can receive.
