The problem is that ReShade is hooking onto the 'FiveM_ChromeBrowser' process. When it does that, it prevents any UI elements from displaying.

As someone who has probably spent hundreds of hours adjusting shaders and LUTs to try and mitigate games color grading, these shaders are a godsend! They make it way easier to make effective, but not overdone, changes.
