Cards for Hospitalized Kids (CFHK) is a 501(c)(3) certified nonprofit charitable organization that spreads hope, joy & magic to hospitalized kids across America through uplifting, handmade cards.

CFHK distributes general cards to Children's Hospitals and Ronald McDonald Houses (RMH) each month in all 50 states in addition to holiday cards for major holidays. General cards have a general, uplifting theme and message, rather a holiday or seasonal one.
We have an established network of Children's Hospitals and RMHs nationwide who receive our cards monthly and on major holidays. We work with the Child Life Department at each hospital to facilitate distribution of the cards.

Using our guidelines, students and individuals can earn service hours by making and donating cards to us. Simply make your cards, send them to CFHK, and include a cover letter, with your cards, requesting service hours (include the number of hours requested).
Below are stories and photos of several of CFHK's card-receiving kids from across the US. Several of the kids featured below are "regular card-receiving patients" who undergo frequent treatments / hospitalizations, due to chronic and/or serious health issues, and receive cards from CFHK regularly.
