The first thing I suggest you try is running DDU or Display Driver Installer which you can download from Guru3D.com. Also download the latest drivers from AMD if you haven't already. Extract DDU a convenient folder and hold left shift, click on the power button in the start menu and click restart.

I had to manually install onedrive from strore. But I found it strange that it wasn't pre installed on a windows 10 PC given that is was a microsoft product? Is my computer unable to install apps on its own? Is there something wrong?
Has anyone else noticed that when doing a clean install of Windows 10 (either from DVD, USB, or Recovery), it never asks you to name your PC. It just creates a random name DESKTOP-XXXXXX. I've seen it on my Surface tablet, desktop PC, and Media Center PC. I end up having to rename the PC after the fact.
