Replied on December 24, 2019. Try that Remove device button and when it ask to delete the drivers too answer yes. Unplug the controller for a few minutes and plug it back in, this will make the computer recognize it again and install the drivers again. Hope this helps you a bit, success.

When I remove Xinput driver from the Device Manager, it also deactivates the controller and when I connect it again with Bluetooth it re-installs the Xinput driver and problem still exists. When I connect the controller with a USB cable, there are no problems with any game. Games recognize it as Xbox Controller with the cable connected.
Both controllers connect perfectly well to my xbox, the wireless one also connects to my phone which means it is definately something wrong with my laptop. Before all of it happened it would connect perfectly fine without and issue.
