A pop mail account, by default downloads all mail from the server, unless in the OL mail account setup you selected the option to keep a copy on the server.
I can receive but not send. When sending the email stays in the outbox. I also cannot create the account in outlook. I've used several different server setting but the connection times out after a couple minutes. The web based mail program for suddenlink works fine.
