  6. Women in Business is an undergraduate organization dedicated to promoting the success of women* pursuing careers in business while at Indiana University. Formed in 1981, Women in Business was intended to help guide women in advancing their business careers.

  7. Four committees work together to uphold WIB's goals and values by recruiting, retaining, and developing the best members. The Membership Branch sets a positive, inspirational tone for the entire organization and builds a sense of community through personal development and social bonding.

  8. The Finance Branch oversees all of Women in Business’ corporate and internal funds. Corporate capital is garnered through partnerships with respected companies across many locations and industries. Internal capital is raised through various fundraising events put on by our members.

  9. The Networking branch strives to provide WIB members and the Kelley community at large with opportunities to network with company recruiters, develop a variety of professional skills, and develop the confidence it takes to be a successful businessperson.

  10. Executive Board. The executive board is made up of the President and the Vice Presidents of each of the five branches. These members are responsible for driving the strategic vision of the club by collaborating with faculty advisors, mentoring their committee directors, and working together to brainstorm new ideas for the organization.
