What’s the best version to mod GTA V? Question. I’ve read it was 1.39, but it was a 2017 post, so idk if it’s still the same. You guys are going to want OpenIV if you are doing mods. Also a great place for mods is gta5mods.com. I just got my first PC and GTA was the first game I bought and immediately started looking into mods. Most every video I find on YouTube says to use Steam because most mods just work better with it.
