2023-10-07 01:04 AM. Currently only premium duo plan managers can use the audiobook hours. The plan members cannot and the plan manager cannot be changed. This prevents premium users from being able to access premium features. The audiobook hours should be usable by both members of the plan.

We even removed the account and re-added them to the family plan, but it is still not updated. Kindly guide on how to proceed.

The Family Plan manager has to verify the correct address after logging in, going to "Subscription" and then "Manage Members". There the option to change your address will come up with the same Google address population options given to the members on the plan when they are verifying their address.
