Unless you changed the location, you can find them by Pressing Win+E to open File explorer and selecting Downloads on the left pane. or go to C:/Users/<username>/downloads folder. Create a Downloads folder in the OneDrive folder tree, then right-click your regular Downloads, choose Properties, select the Location tab, click Move, specify the Downloads folder you created under OneDrive and click OK. This will move the Downloads from C:\Users\you\Downloads to C:\Users\you\OneDrive\Downloads.

If I change the "Value data" to F:\Downloads and then restart computer then the folder in F:\ changes to F:\Downloads but its property is a sub-folder of Documents. Instead of a stand alone.
