    So, when I download a video, where does Telegram Web save files on PC? That up to your browser. By default it should stay in Downloads folder. Downloads file -> telegram desktop. If it's not in the Download folder (or whichever folder you use for downloaded files), it's been probably downloaded to a temporary folder created by your browser.

    Whenever I click on "Preview channel" it starts to load the channel then goes back to the page I was on with the "Preview channel" link.     When I enter "web.telegram.org" into my browsers (Chromium) address bar, it always directs to Telegram k or z, whichever I used last. But I never directs to the classic one.

    It's not yet possible, but you can simply download Telegram Desktop (desktop.telegram.org) and get the login code on your active Telegram Web session, and change the phone number from Telegram Desktop (I'll do that before the browser mistakenly wipes all the cookies). You are a lifesaver and you just saved my day (and possibly the entire month).
