John Leguizamo delivered a searing speech about diversity and representation during the 2024 Emmys on Sunday night. While presenting onstage, Leguizamo began his remarks by calling himself one of “Hollywood’s DEI hires.”. “That’s right, DEI: the ‘D’ is for diligence, the ‘E’ is for excellence, the ‘I’ is for imagination ...

I feel sorry for aging male stars who have to wear a wig. In real life, you can just throw on a baseball cap, problem solved. A lot of black women must wear wigs, so much easier than getting their real hair to conform to white standards. And really, what does it matter if they're beautiful wigs? You're born naked and the rest is drag.

It means more black people on your TV and Movies screens, which Stallone apparently doesn't want. The world has a new rule: No more Stallone. There are no black people in sports. [quote] The huge problem is that "woke" is such a broad, all encompassing term, and it can be used both positively and pejoratively.

The duo co-starred alongside Wesley Snipes in “To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything! July Newmar” (1995), a comedy about three drag queens on a road trip. When asked if the late great Swayze was the “angel” he’s remembered as, however, Leguizamo kept it real. “It was difficult working with him,” he recalled Thursday on Sirius XM’s ...

Travolta's career stalled. Stallone seemed to realize he shouldn't direct anymore. John briefly allows his inner gay to rise to a surface and does a Barbra imitation for Joan in this video clip. His story about trying to make Kirstie Alley laugh by doing scenes from Yentl starts around 3:35.

July 9, 2024 4:39 PM. [quote] I recall his first show back was focused on shitting on Biden. Jon Stewart was pointing out Biden’s decline just like the world is talking about now. Had his operatives stopped hiding it, we might have a viable candidate now who had a chance to sell themself to voters.

There's a collection of these articles about the incident at the following website (PDF file). John Wesley Shipp, Jr. is shown in a few of the follow-up articles that were written 30 years later with quotes about his father. As hot as he was in his Guiding Light days, the man was walking sex in his daddy years.

September 4, 2024 4:04 PM. The McCain republicanism, more-so descending from people like W. F. Buckley and Goldwater, is a long-gone form of conservatism that this country will never see the likes of again. tRump is a big government man, he uses it as Teflon for all his own real estate and business deals.

And the plot twists were energetic and creative. The audience was heavily gay/queer and enthusiastic , and that added something to the experience. Cole/Mary’s lengthy 10-12 minute cabaret revue at the end came across as self-indulgent and unnecessary after the first 5 minutes. Overall 8/10 and recommended!

April 3, 2022 12:08 AM. LOS ANGELES — “I’m not a bad girl,” said Joan Collins, draped across a white sofa. “I was a very innocent girl. But I had dark hair and green eyes and I suppose they said that I smoldered.”. This was on a recent, sun-strafed California afternoon in her apartment, part of a luxury building on the edge of ...
