it's safe, been using it for years just don't click on ads. 15. Reply. Malacath29081. • 4 yr. ago. The site itself is fine, it's the ads that constantly pop up that are the problem, so many add out there try to give you viruses or whatever, so it's best to use some kkind of ad blocker when in the Sims Resource. 7.
Mod The Sims https://modthesims.info/ is better. They still have ads, but they don't try to shove as many ads at you as possible. The download speeds are also far better than TSR. Might not have as many creators on MTS as TSR though. 10.

Im not sure who you choose to download on there but like s-club, wings, anto, leahlitth hands down make the best hair.
Sims 4 wasn't starting up for me so I went through and deleted the cache files and other unwanted files. Later I tried to open sims and my mods weren't showing up or working, that's when I realized I accidentally deleted my resource.cfg file, and I don't know how to get it back. I don't know if this helps you but I cleaned all my cookies and history and reenabled cookies and signed in and it doesn't sign me out anymore. I have the same problem since the begining, but idk how to fix it.

Up pops up this red screen, and on the right of the screen there's a place to put a link. Go back to the the Ad block screen of what you originally want. When you reach the Accept or Deny screen copy that link, and paste it into where the prompt is. Scroll down juuuust a bit and you should get the link.
They give me pop up ads (they won't let me use an adblocker), viruses, etc. So I just pay for TSR, can still use adblocker, and never have a problem. That being said - there's a bunch that I love to download from: Nightcrawler. PralineSims. Simcredible. RemusSirion - good makeup. LeahLillith - for hair. ShinoKCR - decor/furniture.
I only use sims resource bc Ik i can trust it, besides stuff like whicked whims and one tumblr site (don’t remember her name) but it’s SUPER annoying having like thirty mod tabs open and it taking an hour because of the 15-20 second wait time, and the pop up Fortnite ad
