    UltraViewer was removed, I ran several scans, and I even had a Dell representative access and scan through the computer for any malicious content/software. The Dell rep said he didn't seen anything concerning and they should be okay if they change their passwords and just let their banks know.

    That is a technical support scam that pops up in some users machine. Don't entertain those pop ups or email because Microsoft will not part of it. If they access your device, kindly check on your control panel and see what applications they installed on your machine. Uninstall those application for it to remove on your computer.

    Open the Settings app, then go to Apps - Installed Apps. Find UltraViewer in the list of apps and from there, you can uninstall it from your PC to stop anyone being able to remote access your PC. You should also try to stop that payment to the scammers at your bank, they can usually do that. Power to the Developer!
