I'm not pissed off at Whataburger employees at all, just the ridiculous system they're forced to work under & the crappy cash register software they have to use. Nah keep doing since it’s how Whataburger tracks customer satisfaction, like a store with bad surveys is going to get more pressure from higher ups than good stores, also if you put your cashiers name in the surveys they get a shoutout from the manager. 9. Reply. Award.

One IP address can do 1 survey per 7 day period. That said, if corporate somehow saw multiple surveys done by one IP Address (they don’t track it, it’s an automatic process that filters out duplicate IPs), they would just assume it’s a customer who loves the coupons

Lots of stuff gets said here. Use your voice on the employee survey when it comes up. We will never see change unless we all come together and let them know what really goes on. Some say it makes no difference. I’ve seen major changes happen from the survey and from some th ings brought up even on Reddit.
