Contact details for Activision - Trying to appeal false ban Having paid for early access and had no issues during the beta, I started to get into the multiplayer. Within a few hours of playing my account in battle.net was updated with 'Account Banned' which meant I couldn't play either the multiplayer or single player anymore.
Consumer claims cost $250 to file with JAMS and that is the only fee you are responsible for. Everything else falls on Activision. Also according to GPT, you cannot become liable for Activision's costs, and you may withdraw your case without penalty - though you won't recoup the $250. That's all I know for now.
As many of you know by now, using the Activision Ban Appeal system is a useless effort. As it is most certainly an automated system and not a manually reviewed process as they (Activision) claim it to be. All of it is 100% automated, if something like a cheat loader is traced, you’ll be permanently banned. Activision has a giant database of permissible and impermissible software. RGB software will never get you banned, mouse software such as Razer synapse will never get you banned. Only cheat software detections will.

Also one can see that the text for the perm ban is fixed to "unauthorized software" and "manipulation of game data". One might think bold means this is dynamic, but it's not. This text is downloaded regardless of your account state. The dynamic components on the page is the games lists, case number under appeal and temporary ban duration.
In the case of a permanent ban, a ban appeal will only trigger a response with a generic message saying all permanent bans are final. They don't review these bans. Any other ban, you should be fine. Errr, that’s wrong. CS:GO and League of Legends BOTH do. League of Legends literally says in their ban notification email “email support if you would like to know the reason/appeal”. I was banned from League for 2 weeks at one point, but based on ban whining threads I saw on the sub they do the same thing for permanent bans.
