Your problem is with the buyers you have not their shipper. Some items draw more problem buyers than others. Spent my first 6 months on Amazon (a long time ago) eliminating the items which drew buyers I did not want. If you make enough money, and are willing to have the aggravation, then keep on selling items which bring problem buyers.

My question is that a change was made and cost the company some money. Is there any way to see who made the change under what login or by token #? All I am able to get out of Amazon right now is when the change was made and that it was under a seller central account. Does anyone have any experience with this?
