Hmm, this is interesting. I am avid Pinterest pinner. I had my account for two months and one month ago I published my site and applied for business account on Pinterest. I verified my web site and I do pin some 15-20 pins a day. Sometimes I add url to my site's content. It has been a month now and still did not get banned.
Maybe keep an eye on the Amazon Associate forums, they're generally a good source of information. Amazon is pretty quick to do it and, in my experience, they'll give you a month or two warning before your account is deactivated because of one of these laws. I want to delete my account and deactivate all my domains. I submitted a support ticket 2 days ago and received via email a support ticket #. However I cannot find anywhere on their site where I can check the status of my ticket but they don't hesitate to send me email after email reminding me to renew my domains another year.
