We contracted Comcast for providing the internet service to one of the school districts. Since Comcast refuses to complete the form, we will have disconnect the school from our service until the new provider is found. If Comcast can follow up with a possible solution, we would appreciate that.

I just spent 41 minutes on the phone with Comcast, trying to get a simple thing done (schedule an appointment on one of my 20+ business sites) The first 31 minutes were spent on HOLD and/or messing with the automated system that likes to waste caller's time. First, the automated system wants a phone number.
Hi, our business is in the 14th month of a 36 month contract for phone and internet service. We are in the construction industry and are experiencing a slow down and workforce reduction. We recently reduced our staffing from 18 down to 7 and have reduce our office staff.
So, a new login on business.comcast.com. Except that something is very wrong with this new signin. When I click on the hamburger menu from the Account Overview page, I see my account info (business name and service address); then "Overview"; "Account Management" with subitems "Account Details" and "Text and Email Preferences"; and that's all.
We continually receive notices from Comcast Business that our account is overdue. We have a $900 credit on account that Comcast Business does not acknowledge to apply to the account.
