So, if for example you want a resource pack, you click resource pack, select all the tweaks you want and then download, import and boom. It's like a fully customisable texture pack than makes small changes like the black nether bricks one. I have found a website called bedrocktweaks. net and it’s basically vanilla tweaks for bedrock (I assume).

Vanilla Tweaks - Golden Savanna - from Java to Bedrock I have been trying but I can't seem to alter the Golden Savanna terrain texture pack to work on Bedrock from its Java design. The grass.png colormap is exactly the same in both Java & Bedrock, the only file I can see that would be different is the pack.mcmeta file.
you can just download your world and put the datapacks in the datapack folder then make sure you reupload the right world. if it still wont show up press L (advancements and you might see a chest and it will say what tweaks you have installed), if that still dosent work try using the command /reload. 3.
