Once school starts you'll see a completely different atlantic terminal. I used to go to a school 5 blocks away from atlantic terminal and we would avoid it like the plague afterschool. I know way too many people that were robbed, harassed or jumped near atlantic terminal. I even had a few run ins myself in Target near pizza hut.
Richway was very similar to Target with a similar reputation for quality and price. Guess Target was better run as Richway failed years ago. There was also a Treasure Island further up the road towards Dobbins. Again, a similar type of store but not as good. Going the other way there was an Ellman's near Cumberland Mall.
