11-02-2021 10:21 AM. I've been contacted via email by customers a few times. It is a more typical way of communicating unless someone is familiar with Etsy. Our emails can be found on an invoice. If seller protection or keeping all information together is an issue, I've let buyers know a reply has been sent on Etsy and refer them to the site.
