JavaScript is single-threaded, so clicking faster will just put more and more load on one of your processor cores, until it is 100% busy and can't process more. If i put an auto clicker app to click/tap every 1ms. Does every tap/click really register on the game? If not. Then what would be the factor that limits the autoclicker to do its job properly and efficiently? Is it the fps? Cpu speed? Does it differ from game to game? If it does then what is making not to click/tap every 1ms
Have you got an actual android device? There are plenty of "auto clickers" on the play store and they work pretty well. Some let you set up as many click at the same time as your phone allows (10 for me, for reference) and a very small interval. I've used them to try to beat games like Adventure Capitalist or Cookie Clicker.
Edit: i also got free mouse auto clicker 3.1 and i managed to get exactyl 650 clicks per 10, so 65/s there.
You can set multiple points as well. FastClicker lets you go up to 9999 clicks per second and it also lets you choose the key that triggers it. Auto clicker by shocker. Autoclick by Shocker works well. If you're playing on a linux system, you can use xdotool, which is a native utility.
