Simply create each user account with unique email addresses as free accounts. Then upgrade (with the bank card you want to use to pay for all of the accounts) the account you want to be the master account (master accounts can change users’ email addresses and passwords) and then give us a list of the email addresses you want to be billed to your master account.
Expired numbers stay out of circulation for a while but eventually get assigned to a new free user. If a prior free user of your expired number upgraded to a paid account then that number would be assigned to that paid user even if your 7 days has not elapsed.
To get a new number, simply click on the “My Faxes” tab and then the “Activate New Number” link in the upper right-hand corner. You will be assigned a new number that will be available for use within 24 hours. If you want to keep your old number, go to “Keep my old number” from the pull-down menu above. Try sending a fax to yourself.

Porting of numbers requires a physical street address to confirm that the person who is requesting the number is truly that person. This is to prevent your number from being fraudulently ported away from you. If even one character that you enter does not match the address on file with the losing carrier, the port will be rejected.
