Exactly what the title says. Snipping Tool got updated in the Microsoft store today, and suddenly whenever I press Win+Shift+S while playing a game in full-screen mode it just sends me to the desktop. What I'd like to know is if it's either a bug that will be fixed or, if that's not the case, how I can revert to an older version. Thanks in advance.
You can replicate this bug by quickly moving your cursor toward your other monitor and double-clicking both the left and right mouse buttons at the same time. Try to make the first clicks on your main monitor and your second clicks where your cursor would be on your second monitor, but all of the clicks really close together. Thanks for your time.
Click on Advanced Display Settings and make sure that the Resolution is set to the Recommended. Click on Apply > Restart the computer once and check for the issue. If the settings are set to recommend or if the screen lag persists after changing the settings to recommended, then follow Method 2. Method 2: Updating Graphics Card Drivers.
Many games have a "Windowed Fullscreen" or "Borderless Window" mode which allows you to use your second monitor without minimizing the game. Playing Destiny 2 via Steam in full screen mode and occasionally, maybe every 10 or 15 minutes the game will minimize to the taskbar. I can bring it back up but it's extremely annoying and happens frequently. Things I've tried to fix the problem include: - Turning off Game Mode - Turning off notifications - Turning on focus mode
In a small number of fullscreen applications (I've only encountered 1 with this specific issue so far) the task bar is invisible but still there, and clicking where the task bar is allows you to select things on it (for example, clicking in the bottom right corner of the screen while in a full screen game exits the game and pulls up the ...
Taskbar appearing in full screen (Windows 11) For some reason, the taskbar still appears in full screen mode even in full screen video, game, etc. I was playing roblox and I moved my cursor down (which in the game I had locked in the middle) and the cursor somehow went off the game and appeared at the very bottom of my laptop screen, and made ...
Access the Device Manager reached by right clicking the Start button, choose the Mouse, then Driver tab. First try Update this Driver > Automatically, then Roll Back if available. Method 1: I would suggest you to disable it and check for the results. Follow the steps to do so: Press Windows and X keys together and select Control Panel. Click on Mouse. Navigate to pointer options tab. Under Visibility, uncheck the box which says “ display pointer trails ”. Click on OK to close the window.
