Reportedly they've cut that out, but the damage to their reputation was done. Almost no-one publishes to them any more, I expect the place is a ghost town.
Both of these download the web's page file, not the installer itself. If you're using an older version, right click it and click on "Properties", and the link will be in the window which opens. In Chrome - run download as normal - then go to Menu - Downloads - and you should see the direct link which was used. Or press Ctrl + J to open the window. Share.
