If, like mine, your machine is a 2011 Mac, you can in fact go past HS to Catalina by using 'patch builds', for example this one: macOS Catalina Patcher - there are some issues, particularly with some graphics requirements, but by and large you get most of what Catalina has to offer.

If that 32-bit Mac app is a Universal binary that can run on OS X for Intel or PowerPC, then apparently it is possible to emulate the PowerPC version of Leopard on Apple Silicon using QEMU. There's a video on YouTube demonstrating it, but I'll leave it at that since this presumably requires violating the license agreement.
I use this product, which I pay for, because it fulfils my needs. In fact, on our forums, I use it extensively to insert commonly used words like: System Preferences, Mac OS X Extended (Journaled), macOS Mojave, Time Machine and so on. All it takes is an abbreviation created by you and up the text appears.

Can I instead try 1 of these two things to reinstall OS. When I go into MacOS utilities and choose reinstall OS option and try to install the OS on my Mac internal HD it says not enough free space to install it, need like 2.5gb more. OK. 1. Sometimes my Mac loads up normally past password screen and is usable for like a minute.
I upgraded my Mac, adding a faster hard drive. Eventually, I updated the new hard drive to Snow Leopard - the old one still has an installation of Leopard on it. I quite often get two versions of the same program on my Open With list - one being the Leopard version and one being the Snow Leopard version.
