Here is the list i have come up with so far of unsafe sites for downloading mods: minecraftdl, 9minecraft, 8minecraft, 6minecraft, 5minecraft, 4minecraft, 3minecraft, and 2minecraft. Basically any site that uses a number before minecraft is unsafe, and only use the minecraft forums, planet minecraft, curseforge, or curse.com for download links.
I have downloaded some mods from Mcpedl and some of them both in resource and behaviour pack show a yellow warning sign and then I click on it and I see missing dependency and I am bothered because my friends can't join my world they download the mods and as soon as the app loads it crashes on their devices

To Patchwork as a Forge/Fabric mods type compatibility layer to Legacy Fabric/Cursed Fabric (1.3 to 1.13.2 and Beta 1.7.3) mods.
