a week ago. Hey there @arc_lines_liaison_xyz - sorry to hear you're having issues with this. Did you look in your email's junk/spam folder as well for the verification email? Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there. Walter.
I put in the incorrect email and loaded all my files! Can’t verify to log back into that acct. Now I have 2 accts and need to merge or be able to change the email. I just need access!
Others within the company have drop box accounts and are receiving emails fine. I checked with our IT support and they have confirmed that no-reply@dropbox.com is allowed. Major issue. Reported to Dropbox support, awaiting response. Problem is ongoing - got another bunch while trying to report the problem.

However, if you don't recognize the sender, or the info they're asking from you, then I'd highly suggest that you ignore the email, and avoid ...
July. Hi JC2444, You may clarify a few things: Verify Locked State: If you can upload and edit files and don't see red banners, it's likely your team isn't in a locked state. Check Email Authenticity: Ensure the email is from Dropbox. Scammers can send fake alerts.
