On Friday, one of the lines on my account stopped working, giving the message that "there are calling restrictions that are preventing the call from completing - announcement 19" for both incoming and outgoing calls. I called into support, spent some time troubleshooting and no resolution.
Hello. I would like to point out a problem with the Wi-Fi calling feature/function on TF branded phones and BYOP phones that use TF/Verizon service. Particularly ones that have "older" accounts versus a new line. This affects both iOS devices and Android devices.
Since this past Sunday, 3/6/22, I have not been able to make or receive calls. However, I am still receiving texts, notifications, use apps & email, and also access internet. Have spoken with Support and they had me troubleshoot the phone by removing & reinserting SIM card to no avail.

We regret to inform you that all TracFone phones do not have the feature to block phone numbers. To stop receiving unwanted calls or text messages, you may have your phone number changed. However, changing your phone number does not guarantee that you will no longer receive unwanted calls or text messages.
Free Msg: Unable to send message - Message Blocking is active. After doing some research online, I checked whether premium sms is enabled for my texting app, which it is, but that didn't help. Why am I getting this message and how do I eliminate the issue?
Hello, I received a new phone in the mail today, (Alcatel Pixi Unite A466BG). Now, once I activated it I was able to make calls, thankfully...however, I cannot do any texting. I instantly receive the automated reply of "Free Msg: Unable to send message - Message Blocking is Active."
Anytime I try to I get "Free Msg: Unable to send message -Message Blocking is active". How do I fix this as I have asked it to send new APN settings a couple times now. I can make phone calls just fine.
