    I have received two phone calls from "Nancy" at the "Outlook Security Support Team. The phone number is 888-392-8314. She said that there was a lot of suspicious activity on my account, and directed me to "Terminal." She said that the "sleeping" number indicated specific threats. She wanted to access my computer through AnyDesk.

    I can't say for 100% certain but it looks like someone is trying to verify that the phone number and email account are linked with each other. Check haveibeenpwned my account was on a list that included partial phone numbers.

    It’s not a threat had been detected on my IP address and my computer was blocked and locked. It told me not to turn off my computer or attempt to restart it, but instead call 1-855-999-0177. Is this a legitimate phone number for Microsoft support or is this a scam?

    Here's another thread from a year ago indicating that most of those in the thread believed they'd talked to Microsoft at that same number, so I don't think it's likely you'll have any issues relating to that particular call. I got a call twice from 1(206) 429-9176, they claim to be microsoft - Microsoft Community. Rob

    These kind of pop-ups are fake alerts, trying to scam you into buying needless services/products. Never ever call those phone numbers or fill in passwords etc. If you can't close your browser in a normal way: Open Task Manager (press Ctrl + Shift + Esc on your keyboard) and in the tab Processes end all browser processes.
