I suggest that you contact the bank based on the facts - a) that numerous users have been receiving the OL-293 and/or OL-293-A errors, b) that the bank has indicated it is making significant changes to their website, and c) because this behavior is new/recent development.
First Tech Federal Credit Union not accepting Direct Connect (OL-295-A) THEmikehd Member . March 2021. This started last Friday and has continued through the weekend into today. Quicken does not post transactions from First Tech federal credit union. First I lost contact to FTFCU so I tried a reset. Then I deactivated and reactivated the online connection. I have had no new transactions for my first tech federal credit union account sine the first of the year. I do a one step update a couple of times a week.
Additionally, I can download transactions using Quicken one-step update, but I have to select a First Tech account and download those accounts/transactions again as they are not captured. While they show up as downloaded transactions, I can't reconcile unless I do the second update as described in the first sentence. Quicken Premier (Windows 11)

I've been doing it this way since I opened the credit card account about 5 years ago. Recently I noticed my credit card balance in Quicken was $40,000+ when it should have been $1000 or so.
