Online banking issues with Safari I upgraded my MacBook Pro to Safari 15.4. Subsequently, when I logon to my personal online bank website, I enter the first letter of my username and immediately get a blank screen. I contacted my bank and learned that they cannot find any problem on their end. I can access my account via Chrome but not Safari.

Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Then restart your iPhone and try Touch ID on the bank app. steveg888 Author.

Their customer service told me to switch to Google Chrome. I can't use the webpage of Saks Fifth avenue with the latest version of Safari for IOS or their app on my iPad Pro 10.5. When I tried to get help from Apple support pages they kept giving me advice for Safari for Mac OS. The Saks online chat help told me to switch to Google Chrome.
