I'm trying to download the installer for a 2022 version of Acrobat Reader. 2022.003.20310 would be ideal, but a version close to that would probably work. I've read other posts about getting them from Adobe's FTP site, but those old versions appear to stop at October 2020.
If you immediately click the Download Acrobat Reader button on the page without scrolling down you might get McAfee by default, depending on your location. For me it's not ticked by default, but you can scroll do and untick it manually, and then click the Download link, and you won't get it bundled with the Reader installer.

I have been trying to install from the original website but to my dismay it kept on showing "application initialization error" at the end. Why can't I use the Acrobat reader on Windows 10 in s mode. The edition they allow does not let me carry out my work.
