My Outlook sign-in page has changed. I used to get the page where I entered my email address and then a page for the password. Now when I start outlook I get a page with a picture of a women that asks if I want to create a new account and and a sign in box at the top right hand of the screen that I have to hit in order to get the sing in page.
I have not changed any of my computer settings, but all of the sudden when I go to the Outlook home page to sign in, the screen never loads, it just shows blank white. My brower is Firefox and I have updated it to the latest version and am still having the same problem.

Hi, Welcome to Microsoft Community! I 'm glad to assist you with your issue.. As what I've understood on your issue, you're able to sign in to your account but all you can see is the folders column and the rest of the screen is shown as blank.

Some computers successfully Sign In and shows our Account Info but others continue to show Sign In. I don't know what was done for a couple of PCs to Sign In successfully at all, but I'm noticing that somehow, this Sign In button is causing freezing of Outlook during initial launch for about 2 minutes, which is unacceptable for my end users.

I gave the trial version of the new Outlook a go months ago and ended up deleting Outlook completely as a result. I kept getting "access denied" messages and was required to sign in every time I went
As the Outlook sign in page is changed, I recommend you to try adding the Email address manually twice or thrice and check. The auto completion of Emails address might appear again.
