My inbox mail has started going to a "conversation history" folder instead of my inbox folder. How do i fix this? Can I get my inbox mail back in my inbox folder and get rid of the conversation
Open Outlook. Click on View tab. Click on View Settings. Under Filter tab, check if any filter are applied. If yes, click on Clear all. Click.
