Login page for new Etsy Seller App is incorrect. I've had the new Etsy Seller App for months in beta. Now that there's an update, I've updated the app but it wouldn't let me log back. It says "There's no shop related to this email" even though I'm currently logged into my shop and the old orange Sell on Etsy app on my phone.
Crafty Poster. 08-08-2021 05:35 AM. Etsy will ding you if you share an IP address with another shop and they are closed down. Etsy can see that you are using public wi-fi and that will not count, in my experience. I have used the public wi-fi at my local library and also their public computers.
Etsy says they will shut down "related" accounts, if one of them is found to be breaking etsy's TOUS, you should disclose this to your customers, and let them know, if a shop you are working on is shut down for breaking etsy's TOU's, there's will be to, as you have related the accounts, by logging into both.

What some shops do is to hire people to focus on fulfilment - measuring, packaging, shipping, that kind of thing - by forwarding the sold emails to the assistant's email. And hire people to help with the copywriting and photography. But the shop owner does the actual uploading and account management on the Etsy account. Translate to English.

Monday. @HawthornHandmade : This issue (and many others) all seem to be related to how and when the Etsy Apps synchronize or don't - that is why it sometimes works to log out and then log back in or delete and reinstall the app. These actions appear to force the app to get fresh data.

To change the email, go to YOU (top right) from your shop's page (as a buyer would view it), then click on Account, then click on Account tab across the top, scroll down to Change Email and put in the new one there. You don't need the old one so that's good. Translate to English.
