I can download older iTunes, Download iTunes 12.4.3 for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards), on either but I can't use my pc to make backups anymore. iTunes, right fully so, wants the latest version to update or backup my phone. Microsoft accounts can't download the latest version due to now being app only which requires Win 10.
