    Buyer never notified me. Received "decision" from ebay to pay him from my paypal account. Buyer kept item and got refunded!!! I have been in "on hold hell" with ebay for nearly 40 minutes!!!! I plan to cancel my paypal account today, and cease using ebay. Customer service is NONEXISTANT with ebay. I'm done!!!!!

    Do you want to try the eBay Automatic Assistant/Chat Option?Click on the Help & Contact link at the top or bottom of the page. Then, scroll to the bottom and click the Contact Us link. You'll have to filter through the categories/help articles until the "Chat option" becomes available. Type "Agent" into the chat box and press Send.

    @daninmanchester . Print the invoice to a PDF file and then send the PDF to the buyer. If you have trouble sending the pdf via eBay then covert it to a jpg or ask the buyer for their actual (real) email address (eBay legal when you have a completed and paid for transaction).

If he files a NAD case, you will need to accept the return, send him a shipping label, and refund him when you receive it back. In a NAD case, eBay's MBG trumps your no return policy.
