Buyer never notified me. Received "decision" from ebay to pay him from my paypal account. Buyer kept item and got refunded!!! I have been in "on hold hell" with ebay for nearly 40 minutes!!!! I plan to cancel my paypal account today, and cease using ebay. Customer service is NONEXISTANT with ebay. I'm done!!!!!

@daninmanchester . Print the invoice to a PDF file and then send the PDF to the buyer. If you have trouble sending the pdf via eBay then covert it to a jpg or ask the buyer for their actual (real) email address (eBay legal when you have a completed and paid for transaction).

If he files a NAD case, you will need to accept the return, send him a shipping label, and refund him when you receive it back. In a NAD case, eBay's MBG trumps your no return policy.

Watches come in eBay box and shipping is via Fedex. Yes, you can contact Fedex and have the package held at your local distribution center. Or, you can contact eBay Help desk and ask them to redirect the package for you. One of my Buyers did that and it worked very well.
